Two weeks of six-hour nights degrades your performance to the level of someone who hasn’t slept at all.

The cruel part: your self-assessment stays intact. Asked how you feel, you report only “slightly sleepy” — and keep executing, convinced you’re fine, long after you’ve stopped evaluating.
