You plan your day in the morning — three tasks, five, a clear order. Then the executing begins, and so does the friction. Finish a particle, take your break, and now: open the planner, find the next task, start a new timer. A small ritual, repeated all day, each repetition a little doorway out of flow.
The plan was a beautiful list. It just had no awareness that the day was moving.
So we taught it to play.
With Auto-Queue, your daily plan becomes a playlist. Finish a task, and as the break winds down, the next one is already waiting under the timer — Up Next, in your planned order, pre-loaded with its project. One keypress and you're in. No detour through the planner, no cold search for "what now," no moment where the zone leaks out.
When the list runs dry, Particle says so plainly — all tasks complete — and lets the day rest. The order is always yours; this only removes the friction between the steps, never the choice of them.
And if you want the doorway gone entirely, Flow adds hands-free auto-start: the next task's timer begins on its own after the break. You press play once in the morning, and the plan carries itself. The manual "Up Next" — seeing what's next and starting it with a keystroke — is for everyone.
#What changed
- Up Next — after each break, the next open task from your daily plan appears under the timer, pre-loaded and one keystroke from starting
- Your order, your pace — follows the plan's sequence; advances only as you complete, never reshuffles
- A clean ending — when no open tasks remain, a quiet "all tasks complete" instead of an empty prompt
- Hands-free auto-start (Flow) — the optional autopilot that begins the next task automatically after the break
- Built on what's there — the daily plan, todo sync, and auto-start you already use; no new place to manage
Plan once. Then let the day execute itself.
