Switching plans used to mean walking all the way back to the pricing page, choosing the one you already wanted, and starting over. The plans were public. The act of changing them shouldn't be a tour.

A single Plan Picker Sheet now opens directly from the Account menu and from trial banners. Three plans as a radio group, a header that names your current tier, and one mode-driven CTA that knows whether you are upgrading, switching, or updating payment. Stripe handles the rest — switching from Flow to Founding cancels the running subscription with proration. Switching back works the same way.

Trial visitors get the largest fix: the picker no longer collapses them into "already paying for Flow". They can lock in a plan before the trial closes, while the trial is still doing its job.
